2. Services Description

Graxvyzel provides professional photography services including but not limited to private event photography, identification and document photography, creative photoshoots, and personal branding photography. All services are provided from our location at 20 Willow Lane, Parnell, Auckland 1013, New Zealand, or at agreed upon locations.

3. Booking and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as agreed. Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice may result in partial or no refund.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs taken by Graxvyzel remain the intellectual property of Graxvyzel. Clients receive a license to use the photographs for personal use. Commercial use of the photographs requires written permission and may involve additional fees. Graxvyzel reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions, providing accurate information about their requirements, and ensuring that any necessary permissions have been obtained for photography at specific locations. Clients must inform us of any special requirements or considerations before the session.

6. Delivery and Turnaround

Standard turnaround time for edited photographs is 3-5 business days from the date of the session. ID and document photos are typically available on the same day. Rush services are available for an additional fee. Photographs will be delivered digitally via email or download link unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect and backup your photographs, Graxvyzel cannot be held liable for loss or damage to photographs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, data corruption, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

8. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Graxvyzel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to photographer illness or emergency situations, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

9. Model Release

By engaging our services, clients grant Graxvyzel permission to use photographs from their session for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. If you do not wish for your photographs to be used publicly, please inform us in writing before your session.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates these Terms of Use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or networks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our photographs without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

12. Modifications to Terms

Graxvyzel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
